General

The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that Niture have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice.

Payment

Payment can be made either by credit/debit card, online banking or bank transfer.
After placing the order, you have 48hours to make payment and email us your payment slip to avoid your order being cancelled.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched promptly, 1-3 days from receipt of order. Delivery (Single drop destination) times and dates specified by the Seller are given and intended as an estimate only and subject to stock availability, if the Seller cannot deliver within 5-7 working days the buyer will be informed immediately and, with their agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery the Buyer will receive a full refund.

Lost/Damaged in transit

We will replace at no extra cost any products which have been lost in transit if you notify us via e-mail to support@www.niture.com.my or by telephone on +6011 37002151 within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged Goods by email.

Installation

It is the responsibility of the customer to move the Goods to a safe location, unpack, and build the items. Installation packages are available, please contact us for more details.

Return & Refund

1.) We cannot accept returns on any items, which have been specially manufactured or ordered for you.
2.) We do not accept returns or exchanges Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
3.) We do not accept returns or exchanges Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
4.) We do not accept returns or exchanges Damage caused by natural disaster.

Complaints procedure

We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days, and if we need to investigate your query further we will advise you.

Product Warranty

The Seller (Niture Sdn.Bhd.) warrants any and all of its product against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of substantial completion. Seller will replace or repair any product, which fails under normal and reasonable use of which the product is intended for. Damage or repairs arising from abuse, accident, vandalism or alteration of the product from its original conditions, shall NOT be considered as manufacturing defects. During the 3 years of purchase, Seller provides complete warranty and free labor service. After applicable warranty period, Niture Sdn.Bhd. will still continue to provide service support. Part, transportation and labor shall be sole responsibility of buyer.
