Return & Refund Policy

All goods sold are Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept Change-Of-Mind returns or exchanges (such as product not suitable or regret purchase) – there are No Exceptions to this. Reason for return has to be either having a part damaged or missing.


    • Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
    • Goods ordered and/or sold are not-exchangeable, non-refundable unless approved by Niture Sdn Bhd.
    • ALL sale and clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Warranty is not applicable.
    • Exchanges are not applicable to custom or special order furniture.


    Our returns policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.
    Returns are only accepted for defected items (Scratches and mould marks resulting from injection are not considered defects) items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return:
    1) Proof of purchase (Sales invoice or receipt)

    2) Product must be in complete good condition with its original packaging- Box, tag & label.

Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange if deemed unfit or unreasonable.

    By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a monetary refund on the purchase (if monetary refund policy below is met). For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
